Opus' government work provides the nation with sustainable, high-quality facilities that improve productivity, revitalize communities and encourage environmental responsibility. Opus currently has more than 2 million square feet recently completed and under development for the GSA and other government agencies. These projects include the Department of Transportation and Environmental Protection Agency Region 8 Headquarters in Denver, and the Social Security Administration Processing Center in Birmingham, Ala., as well as projects for the DOI, BIA, DEA, ATF and Homeland Security.

Armed Forces Reserve Center Complex
Located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the 170,355-square-foot Armed Forces Reserve Center Complex is a $37.7 million dollar fixed-price contract to design-build a field maintenance shop (56,749-sq-ft) and a one-story armed forces reserve center (113,506-sq-ft).
Environmental Protection Agency Region 8 Headquarters
The approximate 292,000 square-foot office facility with separate retail components is located at the corner of 16th & Wynkoop in the historic neighborhood of Lower Downtown (LoDo) Denver.
Federal Department of Transportation
The LEED-certified Federal Department of Transportation building is a 121,500-square-foot, three-story office building located in Lakewood, Colorado.
